- THE SOLICITATION FOR THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE AVAILABLE TO REVIEW AND PRINT ON THE FEDBIZOPPS WEB SITE IN APPROXIMATELY ONE TO TWO DAYS. This solicitation is for Janitorial Services for the Garden Valley work Center in Garden Valley, ID, on Emmett Ranger District, Boise National Forest, ID. Garden Valley, ID is located about one hour North of Boise, ID, just a little over 50 miles. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary on the areas specified. All aspects of the work shall be performed in an organized, systematic manner to assure services will be performed in accordance with the statement of work.
