(CAGE CODE 09455) and Dover Diversified DE, Inc. (CAGE CODE 97613). Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin. FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 244 Days ARO. This NSN is a Sourced Controlled, Critical Application, and Quality Control Code is FCA which is a Higher Level Quality System. End Item Description: AIRCRAFT, GALAXY C-5 AND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT, C-S AIRCRAFT Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock) and Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD). Request For Proposal (RFP) will result in a Long Term Contract (LTC) on an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for One Base Year plus Four Option Years (Base + Option Years are 12 months each). This RFP will be solicited as unrestricted with Other Than Full and Open Competition. Pricing will be evaluated on the Guaranteed Minimum Quantity 18 each, Minimum Stock Delivery Order 18 each, Maximum Stock Delivery Order 71 each, Estimated Annual Demand 71 each, and Maximum Annual Contract Quantity 143 each. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the RFP. The anticipated RFP issue date is June 18, 2011.
