- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: VA City: Yorktown Delineated Area: N: State Route 620, E: George Washington Memorial Highway, Route 17, S: Victory Blvd & State Highway 64, W: Jefferson Ave Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,150 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 7,500 Space Type: Office Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: 5 year renewal Additional Requirements: If the government tenant is to occupy more than 25% of the total building area, then the building must meet a 25 meter (82 feet) standoff distance. Space must be accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Requirement: The Federal Government presently occupies 7,147 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet at 111 Cybernetics Way in Yorktown, VA, which expires May 31, 2012 under GSA lease number GS-03B-02352. The cost of a physical move, as well as the cost of new space alterations, will be taken into consideration when determining whether or not relocation is economically advantageous. This is not a request for competitive proposals. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
