- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to negotiate on a limited basis with Oceaneering International, Inc., 700 Rosemont Avenue, Chesapeake, VA 23324. Contract N65540-05-D-0012 was awarded based on full and open competition with award being made to one offeror. The purpose of the modification is to increase the effort in order to bridge the gap and continue SUBSAFE and Level 1 support until the follow-on contract can be awarded on the basis of full and open competition. The contract ceiling amount will be adjusted accordingly. All other terms and conditions of the existing contract will remain unchanged. The modification to the existing contract will utilize other than full and open competition under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplier or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements (FAR 6.302-1).
