- The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), RFQ # M62204-11-Q-9012. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% small disadvantaged business concerns. CLIN 0001 QTY: Two (2) AutoScan Under Vehicle Inspection Systems to include OCU, software and onsite set up and training. Minimum Specs are 84 Long, 124 wide, 6.25 High; Must be able to withstand temperatures ranging from 0 120 degrees Farenhiet; Weight not to exceed 500 LBS F.O.B. Destination Place of contract delivery and acceptance will be at Marine Corps Logistics Base Barstow, Barstow California,The vendor selected for award is required to be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and must also be registered with and invoice through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF). Vendor must provide TAX ID number. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government considering best value, technical specification, price, and ability to deliver in a timely manner. *** It is very important that all vendors and contractors follow all instructions provided below when submitting quotes. *** Please include include with your quote, Delivery Date, DUNS #, CAGE Code #, and Tax ID #. The offeror bears the burden of ensuring that all portions of the quote reach the designated office before the closing deadline.
