- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items; TACLANE GigE Unit8, Part Number E 99100 1, Qty 2. This requirement is sole sourced to General Dynamics C4 Systems, 77 A ST, NEEDHAM MD, 02494-2806, due to direct replacement components with the existing equipment in use. Any firms believing that they can provide the General Dynamics Taclane Encryptors may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the current lab connectivity, hardware and software without causing programmatic hardship.
