- The City of Columbia & the U.S. General Services Administration are bringing small business and Federal Government together in a small business forum: "Getting Back to Business." The time is 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time). You are invited to attend this free conference "Getting Back to Business" to meet and network with potential buyers; learn more about doing business with Federal agencies; and, marketing your business to Federal Buyers. GSA is hosting this event with several federal buyers (to be determined); the U. S. Small Business Administration (SBA), the Small Business Development Center (SBDC); and the South Carolina Procurement Assistance Center (PAC). This event is open to all small businesses. To register, please send an email to r4smallbiz@gsa.gov with your business name, and names of individuals attending from your company (no more than 2 individuals per company) and reference the conference date and location in your email. On-site registration will also be accepted, however, please note: we can only accommodate the first 150 registrants. Program Highlights: Meet The Buyer's Forum; Workshops on doing business with the Federal agencies; Network and Business Card Exchange Forum. Please bring an ample supply of business cards and copies of your business resume for the networking forum. Reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities will be made if requested in advance. Please indicate requirement(s) in your registration.
