- A.The purpose of this Amendment 0001 to RFQ W911QY-11-T-0005 is to provide the following clarifications and changes to the Solicitation: 1.In CLIN 0001, under the description, insert the following: "Notwithstanding any statements regarding the provision of labor, transportation and equipment, the contractor will not be responsible for loading the material onto the truck. The contractor's truck will be loaded at the loading dock by the by the operator of the storage facility or its agent. The contractor must use an industry standard vehicle for moving the material described in CLIN 0001." 2.In CLIN 0001, under the description, delete the statement, "CBMS contracted vendor will transport one or multiple truck loads per day, and the shipments will not necessarily be on consecutive days" and replace it with the following: "The contractor will transport one or multiple truck loads per day, and the shipments will be on consecutive days." 3.Insert the following into the description of CLIN 0001, "The contractor is responsible for all transportation to the disposal facility." 4.In CLIN 0001, under the description, delete the statement: "Labor, material, equipment, disposal and transportation items quoted are subject to documented increases initiated by vendors prior to shipment" 5.Insert the following into the description of CLIN 0001, "The Government intends to witness the entire process from pick-up of the material through incineration." 6.The closing date is changed from April 27, 2010 at 1700 Eastern Standard Time to April 29, 2010 at 1700 Eastern Standard Time. 7.The anticipated Award Date is now May 4, 2011. B. All other terms and conditions of the Solicitation remain unchanged.
