- US ARMY SOUTHCOM has an OCONUS requirement for a vendor to provide lodging, meals welcome reception and other services to be provided to US Army South (US Army South also referred to herein as "the Government") in support of an upcoming US Army South, Army Section Chief (ARSEC) Conference in San Antonio, TX. Attendees will begin to arrive on 22 May, attend the conference, and depart 28 May 2011. The meeting consists of approximately 52 participants. Obtaining the solicitation: The solicitation will be issued unrestricted. The solicitation will be available for download from FedBizOpps - website: http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation, & performance work statement, will also be available on the FedBizOpps website. All notifications of changes to this solicitation shall be made through the Internet only. It is the contractor's responsibility to check for any posted changes to the solicitation. The solicitation and any future amendments to the solicitation will be available for download via the FedBizOpps website on or about 28 April 2011.
