- Please review the attached amendment. Posting was amended on 26 April 2011. Please follow close attention to block 11 which shows that the offer must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the hour and date specified in the solicitation or as amended by one of three methods as described in box 11. Please see attached solicitation for detailed specifications. This is a Request for Quotes and is issued as a Small Business Set-Aside under Standard Industrial Class Code (SIC) is 2653, NAICS Code 322211 and related Small Business Standard - 500 Employees. All potential sources must obtain a DUNS number and register in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) in order to transact business with the Department of Defense (DOD). Failure to obtain a DUNS number and register in CCR may result in the delay of award of a contract or possible award to the next otherwise successful offeror who is registered in CCR at the time of award. Request for Quote will be issued on 22 April 2011. Quotes are required to be received no later than 05:00 pm EST, Eastern Standard on Friday, May 06, 2011, and must include the following: Company name; address; phone numbers; DUNS number; CAGE code; itemized quote; technical specifications; statement that ORCA has been completed.
