- Solicitation Number: W91247-11-R-0020 Notice Type: Presolicitation Notice The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Center - Fort Bragg, North Carolina anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Contractor provided grounds maintenance services in support for the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), GA. Place of Performance: All grounds maintenance services will be performed at Fort Stewart and HAAF, Georgia, 31314. General Information: The Government intends to award a requirements contract for grounds maintenance services consisting of grass cutting, edging, trimming, tree pruning/removal, turf repair, lawn treatment, aerating soil, landscaping, and removal of litter and storm debris. This requirement is restricted for certified HUBZone firms. All other offerors are ineligible to provide proposals. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, tools, supplies, supervision, transportation, labor, equipment, and other items and services necessary to perform grounds maintenance services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Fort Stewart and HAAF, GA. The anticipated ordering period is 1 August 2011 through 31 July 2012 with four (4) one-year optional ordering periods. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561730, Landscaping Services, size standard $7 Million. The anticipated posting date of the RFP is on or around 2 May 2011. Site Visit Information: The RFP will include site-visit information, to include date, time, and location. Upon release to the public, the RFP as well as amendments will be available at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation.
