Description
Attachment 3, Invoice Instruction Attachment 2, Non-Disclosure Agreement Attachment 1, Statement of Work Addendum to the RFQ NIH/NS_20110426 Solicitation SF-1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is RFQ-NIH/NS_20110425 and solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQs). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50, effective April 15, 2011. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) is 541990 and the Standard Size is $7.0 million. The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), Office of Acquisitions Station Support Simplified Acquisitions on behalf of the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Strokes (NINDS) seeks to procure a centralized IT system to collect and maintain data generated through the Medicinal Chemistry for Neurotherapeutics Program (MCNP). Description of the requirement, point of contact, applicable clauses and terms and conditions are included in the attached SF-1449 and Statement of Work (SOW). This acquisition is unrestricted and a firm-fixed price. The period of performance will be one year from award date, plus four (4) one-year option years. Quotations must be good for 90 days after close of solicitation. To be eligible for an award, offeror must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at website http:www.ccr.gov. The selected offeror must comply with the following commercial item Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, must be included with its offer; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Condition Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Quotations are due promptly 2:00 PM EST Tuesday, May 10, 2011 to Liem T Nguyen, Contracting Officer, at ln18x@nih.gov. Please reference the RFQ No. NIH/NS_20110426 on all correspondence.
