- This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a contract for NeuroStar Therapy Treatment Packs. The North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office (NARCO), Walter Reed Army Medical Center (WRAMC) and the National Capital Region (NCR), 6900 Georgia Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20307. Intends to award a sole-source contract to Neuronetics. 31 General Warren Blvd, Malvern, PA 19355-1423. This is for NeuroStar Therapy Treatment Packs supporting the WRAMC and the NCR. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Inquiries will be accepted by e-mail at sheila.ashton@us.army.mil, or Attention: Sheila Ashton, Contract Specialist. For telephonic inquiries contact (202) 782-1174. Responses should include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) number. Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) and Tax Identification Number (TIN). Firms should identify themselves as either small business, or other than small business, in accordance with the size standard for (NAICS) Code 334510 which is $5 Hundred. Any response shall be submitted no later than 06 May 2011, 2:00 P.M. EST. This notice may represent the only official notice of such a solicitation.
