- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure, on a sole source basis a quantity of one (1) Implementation Services, a quantity of three (3) Extreme Instrument PC (P/N 90200-6), a quantity of two (2) Installation DVD ™s (P/N 57001), a quantity of one (1) Framework Logic Support for SBC-ComEx, eInstrument-PC (P/N 55026), a quantity of three (3) eInstrument-PC Rackmount Adapter Kit (P/N 90199-1), a quantity of three (3) Mezzanine card for SBC-COMEX (P/N 80242-0), a quantity of ten (10) MMCX to SMA cable, 1M (P/N 67069), a quantity of one (1) X5-400M PCIe/XMCe Module (P/N 80180-2), a quantity of one (1) Framework Logic Support for X5-400M (P/N 55015), a quantity of one (1) Framework Logic Support for X5-210M Module (P/N 55018), a quantity of two (2) X5-210M Module “ PCI Express XMC Module, External Clock, AC-Coupled (P/N 80190-13), and a quantity of one (1) X3-Timing-PCI Express XMC Module (P/N 80234-2), all of which are manufactured by Innovative Integration, Inc. Innovative Integration, Inc. is the Original Equipment Manufacturer and the only vendor of the Extreme Instrument PC with SBC-Comex, mezzanine card for SBC-Comex, X5-400M Module, X3-Timing Module, and custom Framework logic firmware that is required for the Engineering Demonstration/prototype Model (EDM)to meet form, fit, and function of the current capabilities of the unsupportable recorder.
