- FT Polk, LA will soon be issuing an Invitation For Bid (IFB) for Replicated Ammunition. This will be solicitation number W9124E-11-B-0003. All other details and information will be released in the solicitation on FED BIZ OPPS. This will be an Unrestricted set-aside with a preference towards Ability One. The Period of Performance for the base year is 01 June 2011- 31 May 2012 with two one year options. The solicitation will be posted on or about 27 April 2011. The requirements consist of different types and quantities of replicated ammunition to include ammunition boxes. The IFB will be found at the Government website www.fbo.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 321920. The small business size standard is 500 employees. Solicitation will be conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and 14. The closing date for receipt of proposals will be approximately thirty (30) days after issuance/posting of the IFB.
