- USACE, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source award to Micro Photonics Inc, 4972 Medical Center Cir Unit 4, Allentown, PA for a Micro CT-Machine. It has been determined that the CT-Machine can only be provided by this source due to its table top capability. The Government intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Only One Source. This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures per FAR 13. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to the Contract Specialist by 9:00 AM CST, Friday, April 29, 2011.
