- US GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE The General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State : Florida City : Tampa/St. Petersburg Delineated Area : North -- I-275 South -- From St. Pete: 83rd Avenue N. to San Martin Blvd NE to Gandy Blvd To Tampa: Gandy Blvd to SW Shore Blvd to Macdill Air Force Base East -- S. Dale Mabry Hwy (Tampa) West : Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street N. (St. Petersburg) Minimum SF : 6,535 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet Maximum SF : 7,646 ABOA SF Parking Spaces : Suitable parking for up to 115 vehicles Full Term : Five (5) years or Sixty (60) months Firm Term : Two (2) years or Twenty-Four (24) months Option Term : Not Required Additional Requirements : Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessbility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not in the 100-year flood plain. Expressions of Interest are due by 5:00pm on May 10, 2011 Interested Owners and Agents should include: 1. Project No 1FL2157 2. Building Name and Address 3. Location of space in the building 4. Total rentable square footage (RSF) and rate per rentable square foot specifying services and utilities included. 5. ANSI/BOMA office area square feet (usable square feet) 6. Contact information for owner or authorized agent (name, address, phone, email, etc.) 7. For any properties or proposals submited by a broker/agent, the offer must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building's ownership.
