- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement for an Accelerated Pavement Testing Vehicle. This procurement is a firm-fixed-price type contract with a period of performance of two years. When responding to this Screening Information Request, each offeror is required to submit a written proposal in accordance with the requirements of the Screening Information Request.
