- Attachments to be completed is part 2 of 2 of the total required package. Solicitation for Offers is part 1 of 2 of the total required package The United States Department of Agriculture, Natural Resources Conservation Service, is conducting a space survey in Leesville, Louisiana, to determine the availability of approximately 2242 rentable s.f. of office space. Rentable office space must yield 1690 s.f. to 2242 s.f. of ANSI/BOMA usable s.f., available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Occupancy will be required by April 1, 2012. The Government will consider space to be constructed or space in an existing building. The space must be first class space, conform to Government specifications and be located within1 mile Leesville Louisiana city limits in any given direction in accordance with the Solicitation. This will be a fully serviced lease to include but not limited to Janitorial and Utilities.
