- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE THE PROTOTYPE FOR SUCH SYSTEMS AND WILL SERVE AS A TEST BED FOR VALIDATING OPERATIONAL METHODS, ESTABLISHING MEASUREMENTS UNCERTAINTIES, AND DEVELOPING MEASUREMENT ASSURANCE FOR FUTURE SYSTEMS. THIS PROJECT WILL RESULT IN TRANSPORTABLE JVS CALIBRATION WORKSTATION CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DIRECT CURRENT VOLTAGE TRACEABLE TO QUANTUM MECHANICAL PHENOMENA ESTABLISHED IN A CRYOGENIC ENVIROMENT.
