- Marine Corps Systems Command intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 with L-3 Communications Cincinnati Electronics, 7500 Innovation Way, Mason, Ohio 45040. The Government has a need for the repair of M36E3 Thermal Sight System Thermal Elbows. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice, however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements and past performance data no later than 4:00pm local time on May 11, 2011. All documents should be submitted to Monica Hurui, Contract Specialist, at monica.f.hurui@usmc.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open basis is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone calls will be accepted.
