- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Albuquerque Area Office, through the Upper Colorado Regional Office, has a requirement 12,000 feet of bioengineering bank line protection and 14,500 wedges on anticipated delivery time of November 2011 to San Felipe Pueblo for Reclamations construction of a bioengineered bank at two sites (River Mile 215.5 and River Mile 213.7 along the Rio Grande. Material may be requested earlier than the anticipated delivery dates to allow conformance with construction schedules. Advance notice will be given to the contractor should the anticipated delivery dates be expected to change. Evaluation criteria for award consideration, listed in descending order of importance, will include technical capability and approach to meet the government need; price; and past performance. Technical capability and past performance when combined are approximately equal to cost or price. Request for Quotation No. R11PS43006 using procedures prescribed by FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be posted on or by May 3, 2011.
