- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC). The solicitation number for this request is F1100580, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is issued as Full and Open Competition. The NAICS 332994: Small Arms Manufacturing, Size Standard $7.0 Million IntroductionThe US Fish & Wildlife Services, Law Enforcement Regional Office is in need of retrofitting the AR 15 A3 rifles with the Colt LE6944CK. The Government intends to issue a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Factors used to evaluate offers shall be: 1) Brand name restriction apply to this solicitation, no substitutes or equivalent products will be accepted. Award will be made to the lowest price offered.
