- Sources Sought # - HSTS07-11-R-00BAL REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is interested in leasing approximately 100,000 to 120,000 square feet of ANSI/BOMA existing office space with parking for occupancy in the vicinity of the Baltimore Washington International Airport, MD. LEASE TERM: Five year firm term with (3) five year renewal options with full termination rights on 180 days notice by the Government. DELINEATED AREA: Starting at the North point of Interstate 895 and Interstate 195, bordered South bound by Maryland Route 32, West bound by Interstate 95, and Eastbound by Maryland Route 170 – Telegraph Road. WRITTEN EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: Building Name and Address, Rentable and Usable Square Footage, Rental rate and Common Area Factor and Building Floor plans. CCR Requirement – Lessor/company must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award can be made. If the lessor/company is not currently registered in CCR, they may do so by going to the CCR web site at http://ccr.gov. SUBMIT BY COB May 13, 2011 Submissions by other than the owner of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of space.
