- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the installation of a sound masking system for two classified buildings. Due to the intimate knowledge of the requirements of the project and their extensive hand with the process development of the project this work is sole sourced to ADI Acoustics, Inc., 165 S. Union Blvd, Suite 250, Lakewood, CO 80228, as the only vendor able to supply, deliver, and install the sound masking systems, without extensive re-work of the project. Any firms believing that they can provide the materials/services with equal knowledge of this specific required work may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
