Description
The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) is an independent, executive branch of the Federal Agency, established under Section 11232 of the National Capital Revitalization and Self-Government Improvement Act of 1997. CSOSA is responsible for functions relating to pretrial services, probation, parole, and offender supervision of more than 15,000 offenders from the District of Columbia. CSOSA’s mission is to increase public safety, prevent crime, reduce recidivism, and support the fair administration of justice in close collaboration with the communities it serves. CSOSA is seeking contractors capable of providing a Medically Monitored Substance Abuse Detoxification Treatment Services Program. The Contractor shall provide all facilities, labor, material and equipment necessary to successfully treat chemically-dependent men and women. Contractor(s) must be capable of delivering services and be located within the Washington D.C Metropolitan area. All proposed treatment programs must meet the applicable Standards specified for substance abuse treatment. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed unit price, indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract and reserves the right to make multiple awards. The successful contractor(s) will be selected using a best value approach. FAR Part 12 procedures will be used to the maximum extent as the Contracting Officer has determined this as a commercial service. The primary NAICS code is 623220. To be eligible for contract award, interested offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. The solicitation will be available on or about April 28, 2011 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
