- Fully executed JOFOC The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) awarded this General Services Administration Schedule 70 task order to Four Points Technology, LLC using the procedures described at the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 8.405-1. The task order provides disaster recovery services for the CMS data center. The order contained some open market items. CMS prepared and approved a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition accordingly for the open market items using the unusual and compelling urgency exception described at FAR 6.302-2. In accordance with FAR 6.305 (b), this notice posts the required justification that supports the action.
