Department of Commerce (DOC) National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) awarded a sole source Lease Agreement for tower space to Clear Channel Broadcasting, Inc., d/b/a WKSB Radio, whose address is 1559 W. 4th Street, Williamsport, PA 17701. National Weather Service is required to provide weather forecasting services in the Williamsport, PA area.
