- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SPM4A511R1487, NSN 2840012118972, PR 0041410553, BLADE, COMPRESSOR. This item has one approved source of supply-CFM International (58828) Part Number P108P39, unrestricted. ABVS applies.FOB Origin. Inspection/Acceptance: Origin. Thefinal contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, pastperformance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.Quantity: 2210 each. Requested delivery is 80 DARO. Solicitation issuedate is anticipated to be 04/26/11 with a closing date of 05/09/11. The provision at 52.2112-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the provision. The provision at 52.212-2 regarding Evaluation of Commercial Items is applicable. All offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with its offer.
