- DARPA-BAA-11-51 DARPA is soliciting innovative research proposals in the areas of content distribution in a mobile ad hoc network environment. Proposed research should investigate innovative approaches that enable efficient use of network resources to provide secure, on-demand access by warfighters at the edge to relevant battlefield content. Specifically excluded is research that primarily results in evolutionary improvements to the existing state of practice. Please refer to the attached DARPA-BAA-11-51 for complete information.
