- Contractor to provide one (1) complete picnic pavilion, ready to assemble. Minimum size 30 foot wide and 52 foot long. Also provide five (5) complete ready to assemble table shelters. All items to be delivered to U. S. Army, Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, Demopolis Site Office, 384 Resource Management Drive, Demopolis Alabama 36732. Everything must be delivered no later than 15 September 2011. Complete specifications will be available in the solicitation. It is anticipated that a fixed-price contract will be awarded. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small businesses using NAICS code 5423910, the size standard for which is 100 employees. The solicitation package will be available on or about April 15, 2011. The solicitation will only be issued as a direct download at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov. All prospective contractors, subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Government's best interest. Therefore, it is the bidder's responsibility to check the website for solicitation posting and any changes to the solicitation. Those registering are responsible for the accuracy of the information. All advertisement of Mobile District projects will be through the Federal Business Opportunities (FebBizOpps). All notification of changes to this solicitation shall be made through the internet. Therefore, Offerors who have registered are required to review Federal Business Opportunity for any posted changes to the solicitation.
