- VA-263-11-RQ-0226 The VA Health Care System, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with DMS Health Technologies to provide CT Maintenance and Support Services for a Philips Brilliance 64 CT System located at VA Medical Center, 2501 W 22nd ST, Sioux Falls, SD. DMS is the sole source vendor for Philips Nuclear Medicine Equipment service for the Midwest. This CT scanner is used on a continuous basis, and vendor shall provide OEM trained Field Service Engineers and Systems Specialists including proprietary software, calibration and 24x7 emergency hard down coverage. The award will be issued as a Firm-Fixed-Price contract under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), only one responsible source. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219, with a small business size standard of $19.0 million. This notice is not a request for quotation. No solicitation will be issued and proposals will not be accepted. Any firm that believes it can meet these requirements may fax a written notification within five (5) calendar days from the date of this published notice to Denise Hill at (605) 333-6829. The anticipated date of award is May 1, 2011.
