- This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 15,455 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 15,455 ANSI/BOMA warehouse area and 30,000 square feet of wareyard area and 15 surface parking spaces using Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the Bureau of Reclamation. The lease has been awarded to C&D Warehouse in Billings, Montana. Commencing April 01, 2011 through March 31, 2013, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $91,656.50 for a fully serviced lease at the rate of $7,638.04 per month. The lease terms are set at 24 months/6 month firm.
