- Description
- The U.S. Forest Service will be soliciting for contractors under NAICS 237110 to provide all necessary labor, materials, supervision, tools, and expertise to perform the following work: Drilling and casing a new potable water well at the Ward Mountain Campground on the Ely Ranger District. The estimated depth of the well is 1000 feet. All work to be conducted on the Ely Ranger District of the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest. The expected posting date for the solicitation materials is on or about May 10, 2011, with offers being due to the contracting officer approximately 30 days after the posting of the solicitation materials. Please check back frequently. There is no specific pre-bid site tour planned. All questions regarding the specifications, drawings, other solictation materials should be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at sroehr@fs.fed.us once the solictation is posted. For general technical questions only, contractor's may contact Kevin Carnes ( kcarnes@fs.fed.us ), however, please cc: the Contracting Officer and Charlene Byrd ( cbyrd@fs.fed.us ) on all inquiries. The estimated magnitude of the construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Ths project will be set aside 100% for small business.
