Service location:FAA Quad City ATCT/TRACON6421 74th AveMilan, IL 61264 Offerors are urged and expected to contact the COTR to inspect the sites whereservices are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general andlocal conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extentthat the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a dispute after contract award. ALL CONTRACT EMPLOYEES MUST BE ESCORTED BY AN FAA EMPLOYEE WHILE IN FAA FACILITIES. The attached Statement of Work, Terms and Conditions, and the Department of Labor Wage Determination are applicable.
