- Sole Source Justification RFQ The 35th Contracting Squadron is intending to award a sole-source purchase order to Transaero, Inc in USA for the purchase of the oxygen mask lights manufactured by Gentex. The intent of this procurement is to award based on sole source requirement. Quotes are not being requested. The justification for this sole source procurement is described in the attached Determination and Findings. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is 29 Apr 11. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Place of Contract Performance: Misawa U.S. Air Base, Japan APO, AP 96319
