- Description
- SDDC, UK Detachment, through the 48th Contracting Squadron, RAF Lakenheath, intends to award a sole source contract for stevedoring services at the port of Newport, South Wales. Due to labor rules and regulations that govern how UK ports operate, only the appointed stevedoring company which manages a particular port is allowed to work that port.
