- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Fort Buchanan (RC), Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has Request for Proposal (RFP) No. W912C3-11-R-0004 for security guard services 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, at the Relocatable Over-the-Horizon Radar (ROTHR) site, Vieques Island, Puerto Rico. The period of performance is a Base period of Twelve (12) months plus Four (4) additional Option Periods, to be exercise at the Government's option. The closing date of the RFP is on or about 26 May 2011. (See RFP for the specific date) This RFP is issued as a Competitive 8(a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561612. The size standard is $18.5 Million. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. All interested parties are responsible for monitoring the Federal Business Opportunity website at http://www.fbo.gov for status and to obtain copies of RFP and amendments. The RFP and amendments, if any, shall be submitted to the location specified on or before the closing time and date.
