Description
APBI ANNOUNCEMENT Amendment 4: Correction to Amendment 3: The date of the social at the Sheraton has been changed to June 8th 2011 6PM - 8PM. Amendment 3: This announcement is released by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), in Eatontown, NJ, to notify industry of the rescheduling of the Advanced Planning Briefing for Industry (APBI) to June 9, 2011. The APBI will run from 8 am to 5 pm at the Sheraton Hotel, 6 Industrial Way East, Eatontown, NJ. Doors will open at 7 am for sign in and networking. Conference pre-registration is required and limited to two attendees per company. There is no fee to participate. Registration will be accepted on a first come first served basis until capacity. Deadline for registration is June 3, 2011 at 4:00 PM, any request received after this date and time will not be accepted. Register for the APBI via the Virtual Office of Acquisition (VOA): https://www.voa.va.gov under APBI library. If you are not currently a VOA user, registration/login instructions are provided on the main page. Contact voahelp@va.gov for technical assistance only. Confirmation emails in response to registration will be sent within three (3) business days from the Technology Acquisition Center (TAC). Please allow enough time for receipt of confirmation notification before contacting the TAC. If you submit a registration request and have not received a confirmation notice within 3 business days, please resend the request through the Virtual Office of Acquisition (VOA): https://www.voa.va.gov/ under APBI library. A block of hotel rooms has been reserved until June 1, 2011. The number is assigned for informational purposes only and not associated with a solicitation. Updates will be posted accordingly. All briefings, Questions & Answers, and the registration list will be posted on: https://www.voa.va.gov under APBI library after the conference. Amendment 2: The TAC APBI scheduled for May 25, 2011 is postponed. Current registration will not be honored. All interested parties will need to register when the new date is announced.
