- NSN 4720-00-083-0044, Hose Assembly, Nonmetallic I/A/W QAP 16236 SQAP0008300044 AMEND NR DTD 04 JUL 16 I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-PRF-370J AMEND NR J TYPE NUMBER: M370B091A0120A I/A/W STD MIL-STD-129P(4) AMEND NR P TYPE NUMBER: TYPE I SHELF LIFE, 120 MO This solicitation is issued under full and open competition after exclusion of sources. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. First Article Testing (FAT) will apply to those sources not already waived for FAT. Various increments solicited. Note: A 100% quantity option applies to this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Copies of this solicitation will be available on the DSCC DIBBS website on or about 5-5-11.
