- JANITORIAL SERVICES-FIVE BUILDINGS, PAYETTE NATIONAL FOREST. SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED IN THE NEXT 3-7 DAYS. The project consists of janitorial services for five Forest Service buildings located in McCall, Idaho. Floor plans, number of employees and estimated square footage will be in the solicitation. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary as specified herein. Base Year contract time is from June 1, 2011 through May 31, 2012. The Government, at its option, may renew this contract not to exceed three, one-year periods at the same terms and conditions. Option 1 period will be June 1, 2012 through May 31, 2013. Option 2 period will be June 1, 2013 through May 31, 2014. NAICS code is 561720. Size Standard: $14.0 Million. See numbered note #1.
