- JOFOC THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSE ONLY. This is a notice of the Bureau of Engraving and Printing's (BEP) intent to solicit and award a sole source procurement set forth in Federal acquisition regulations 13.106-1(b)(1) wherein circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available, which in this case the determination is that only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The purpose of the requirement is to establish a Purchase Order with J & D Interiors, 2015 N Main Street, Fort Worth TX 76106-8510, for custom Stack-N-Rack secure a hood cover, currency full hood, 09 version 42X29X55 mesh and grey canvas. A determination to compete this procurement based on a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties who believe they possess the capability to satisfy this requirement should submit documentation that clearly demonstrates their ability to provide equipment needed to the BEP. Responses to this notice shall be received by the April 29, 2011, at 2:30pm Eastern Time (ET). All responses must be in writing and are to be sent via e-mail to rosa.lee@bep.gov. 17.
