- These amended Exhibits A-E add a laundry list for the Officer's Club. These amended Exhibits must be used for pricing instead of those published with the original solicitation. This Amendment deletes two CLINs and makes associated changes to Attachment 3, Exhibits A-F. These amended Bid Sheets must be used instead of those published with the original Solicitation. CLINs 0004, 1004, 2004, 3004, 4004, 0005, 1005, 2005, 3005, and 4005 are deleted. No bid/price should be made on these CLINs. This is a solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is FA4801-11-T-0002, and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, with a base year and four option years. Selection for the award will be made on a Best Value to the Government basis, decision to be made on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria. The Technically Acceptable criteria will be an offeror's demonstrated ability to process ordinary laundry and medical linen in accordance with the standards published in this solicitation and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). This price and technical acceptability relation means the Government reserves the right to make an award to an offeror other than the one submitting the lowest price if the lowest-priced offer is determined to be not technically acceptable. The Government will inspect offerors' facilities before making an award. The inspection will cover an offeror's compliance with the Medical laundry facility inspection list at Appendix B of the PWS and its overall capability to handle the amount and types of laundry Holloman will generate. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-50. The award is set aside for, and will be awarded to, a small business. The associated North American Industry classification system (NAICS) code is 812331, the small business (SB) standard for this code being $14.0 million.
