The delineated area is outlined as follows: CITY: The city limits of Miamisburg, Ohio. The space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The space offered must be contiguous. The Government shall have the right to mount antennas on the roof of the building. The agency prefers not to be located near agencies providing probation and/or parole services, halfway houses, drug abuse counseling/rehabilitation programs, and similar social service and welfare type programs, as well as private law firms representing drug offenders. The agency cannot be located within a Drug Free Zone. For security reasons the agency prefers not to be located near residential areas, daycare centers and schools.
