- Description
- The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, Contracting and Procurement, has a requirement for custodial services to clean the medical clinic building located in Yosemite Valley. The medical clinic building comprises the medical clinic operation and offices of the emergency service staff and is approximately 7500 sq.ft. Contractor is responsible to coordinate, plan, manage and perform the duties described in the Performance Work Statement. Selection process will be 'Best Value' to the Government based on past performance, experience and price. Contractors are required to submit at least 2 references showing past performance with similar type of work. Contract will be awarded with a base and two year option to be exercised at the Federal Government's discretion. This solicitation is open to all small businesses using NAICS code 561720 and size standard in income is $16.5 Million. See Attached Wage Determination No. 2005-2045, Revision No. : 11 for Mariposa County. RFQ8808110008 may be viewed thru a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System - Electronic Commerce at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Please view complete solicition for all requirements and Performance Work Statement. The RFQ has been re-opened and will now close on Thursday, April 21, 2011. All responses are due by 5:00 PM PST. Interested vendors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR), http://www.ccr.gov and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) www.bpn.gov.
