Description

Statement of Work Sole Source Justification EXPERIMENTS WITH PHYSICAL AND RESOURCE CONSTRAINTS. The solicitation number is FA8601-11-T-0118. The NAICS Code is 541712. The size standard is 500. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii). The proposed sole source is Arizona State University. The purchase is for a study and experiments with Physical and Resource Constraints. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, any quotation received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any quotations should be e-mailed to Karen.Gibson@wpafb.af.mil or faxed to Karen Gibson, ASC/PKOBB, 937-656-1412 no later than 25 April 2011. Only proposals received by this date will be considered.
