- Statement of Work - SaleForce Congressional Correspondence. A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) will be established from the requirements on the Statement of Work. (Attachment) The BPA will be established from competitive proposals and price as the evaluation factor. This BPA will be awarded to only one vendor that offers the best value at fair and reasonable pricing. All proposals shall be received no later than April 22, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. (Eastern Time). A past performance reference shall be attached. Interested parties please send proposals to Bertha McNeil via email at bertha.mcneil@ferc.gov. Proposals shall be no longer than 1 to 10 pages. If you have any questions, you may contact the Contract Specialist, Bertha McNeil via email at bertha.mcneil@ferc.gov. The interested parties must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) as prescribed in FAR Clause 52.232-33. CCR can be obtained by accessing the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2323. The Statement of Work is an attachment. Deliverables: Discovery of requirements in State & Local Media Relations Sections shall be completed by May 6, 2011. All new users for the administrative control over the data or records must be trained no later than May 27, 2011. Customizations to include changes to contact hierarchies, email to case and Web to case functionality, State & Local and Media Relations customizations will be compleeted June 10, 2011. Final acceptance of the product and project completion must be completed no later than July 1, 2011.
