- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of: W911S6-11-T-0027 Ready Mix Concrete 001 - Qty(600) Ready Mix Concrete This requirement is intended to be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity requirement. The government may purchase a minimum delivery of 6 yards (or minimum amount as not to incur short load charge) and a maximum of up to 600 yards combined in several scheduled deliveries. Concrete, 5 bags of cement per yard (5 bag). Contractor shall deliver to specified location at Dugway Proving Ground, Dugway, Utah. Price per yard shall be fully burdened to include, but not be limited to delivery, offloading, mileage, labor, etc. This requirement is subject to the availability of funds per FAR 52.232-18. Delivery locations, quantity, etc. shall be determined at the delivery order level. The Government intends to issue periodic "Delivery Orders" against this contract at dates within the period of performance. This solicitation is subject to the availability of funds as set forth in FAR 52.232-18.
