- USDA Forest Service, Forest Products Laboratory intends to sole source to Yaddof Enterprises for technical assistance to the Woody biomass program. Statement of work includes the following: Performance items: • Provide assistance on Woody Biomass equipment policy issues for Cooperative Forestry, assist TMU and WO on BCAP policy decisions. • Provide national coordination on the pine bark beetle project in Colorado as directed by the Cooperative Forestry (CF) Director, as well as coordination with National Programs, such as National Association of Conservation Districts, provide Woody Biomass Utilization support to WO. Description: Provide direct assistance in reviewing, monitoring and documenting equipment policies funded by Woody Biomass Utilization Grant program. These projects are managed by the Technology Marketing Unit at Forest Products Laboratory. Serve on the Colorado Bark Beetle task force, representing WO S&PF Cooperative Forestry. These projects are managed by Cooperative Forestry. Serve as the liaison with National Association of Resource, Conservation and Development Councils and the National Association of Conservation Districts for the WO S&PF Cooperative Forestry. These liaison activities are managed by the WO Coop Forestry. This includes attending meetings, managing grants, and providing communication between agency and these groups. Provide guidance and helping in the development and functioning of conferences that are relate to forest bioeconomy and other biomass activities as directed by the WO Cooperative Forestry. These projects are managed by Cooperative Forestry.
