- This is a pre-solicitation notice for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation for application of herbicides over park lands to treat horehound, which will also include providing treatment data and conducting horehound inventory at Wind Cave National Park. Award shall be made through the lowest price technically acceptable source selection process.
